Every Wednesday

Due to COVID-19, we have had to make some changes to the format and structure of our day service. As a result, we are not currently recruiting new volunteers. In the meantime, if you would like to volunteer in another capacity with HTB's social transformation outreach work, please do visit the Join A Team page to find out more about the different roles available.

NIGHT SHELTER

The Night Shelter is a safe place for rough sleepers in the city to come, share a meal, and find rest, with some staying the night. The Night Shelter is run through the coldest months of the year on Wednesday nights in partnership with Glass Door

Due to COVID-19, the Night Shelter will not be operating in the same format and capacity as it has done in previous years. Planning is currently underway and details about when and where it will take place will soon be available; please check back here for further updates.

If you are in need of a space in the Winter Night Shelter, please contact Glass Door directly for more information.

CLOTHING STORE DONATIONS

What is the clothing store?

The clothing store runs every Wednesday from 9am – 12pm and is an important part of what we do. Personal hygiene is crucial for self-respect, dignity, and mental health and many of our guests work hard to look and feel clean and put together. Your donations will be hugely appreciated!

How can I donate?

Please deliver donations to HTB Queen’s Gate, 117 Queen’s Gate, SW7 5LP between 9am - 12pm on a Wednesday. Please note, the HTB Shelter is unable to accept donations outside of these times - Donations left by the door outside the church risk being discarded by the local authority. To arrange a large delivery, please get in touch with the HTB Shelter Team at shelter@htb.org
