HTB Queen’s Gate zoom Sunday 29 November 10am
Who can believe it is day one of advent already? We would love to invite you to join us for a special start to advent together on zoom at 10am.
We are looking forward to having Simon Oatridge who will be sharing God’s word with us, as well as some live choral music, liturgy, prayers and time to catch up with one another in small breakout groups.
It can be a difficult time not seeing friends and family just now, so we do encourage you to join us and look forward to seeing your lovely faces on zoom!

This Christmas, HTB is taking part in a national initiative called Love Christmas to help us all spread the power of practical love, hope and kindness to people struggling this winter.
HTB will be one of many churches across the UK to take part in delivering a million Love Christmas Boxes to the most vulnerable and isolated. Whether you volunteer, nominate a neighbour or give financially, your support will help Love Christmas to bring new joy, inspiration and connection to communities across the UK. If you would like to help get involved - click below to help spread Joy this Christmas.
Checking In…
We understand that cases are rising and this is impacting some more than others in our congregation. We are continuing with our phone calls to make sure every member of our congregation is in regular contact with another. Joanna and our team will be in touch more over the coming weeks so please do reach out if you are struggling as we would love to help.
Would you like a prayer partner or someone to chat with on the phone? Get in touch with Joanna via email: joanna.gill@htb.org
ARCHBISHOPS CALL TO PRAY 6PM EVERYDAY
On Sunday 1 November, All Saints Day, the Archbishops of Canterbury and York wrote to all the clergy in the Church of England. In this letter they stated their conviction that the first and primary response of the church at this time must be to pray, making this month of lockdown a month of prayer.
This will start on Thursday 5 November at 6pm, and last every evening in November.

Christmas at HTB
This year, with our Christmas Services going online, it has never been easier to invite friends and family to join in the Christmas fun – whether it is singing your heart out at our classical Carols, journeying into a magical winter wonderland for the HTB Alternative Carols, or marking Christmas Day celebrations… or all the above!
