We are the Production team for HTB Church, we believe that production is at the beating heart of the church, and we exist to enable people to see what God is doing either in the room or online. We work to support and create environments that are engaging, excellent and distraction free – enabling all that is said and shown to be heard and seen.

We're always looking for new people to join the team. There are so many opportunities to get involved with the production team; whether you have existing skills in live production or are looking to learn a new skill. Our team are made up of Audio Engineers, Vision Mixers, Lighting Engineers, Stage Managers, Camera Directors, Camera Operators, Songwords Operators, Broadcast Engineers & many more. TEAM LUNCHES
We hold a team lunch every second Sunday of the month. We would love you to join us at HTB Brompton Road for 1pm, it's a great chance to meet the wider production team. If you or anyone you know might be interested in joining the team, come along to find out more!

Do you have a heart for God, production, and the local church?
The production stream which you can undertake as part of HTB Leadership Development Year is designed for emerging production leaders actively involved in leading at their church, with a heart and calling to serve through production. Serving alongside the production staff team as a student, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and leadership across the entire production discipline.
